Why it is called Entropy
Every running system drifts toward disorder.
Jobs stall. Disks fill. A website goes down at 3 a.m. Data that was right last month is wrong today. Left alone, an automated business slides toward chaos, and someone has to keep pushing it back.
In 1867 James Clerk Maxwell imagined a small demon at a door between two rooms, letting only the right molecules through, so order grew where it should not. Entropy stands at that door for your systems, around the clock.

So it does not chase the same alarm twice. A second AI reviews its calls, and anything touching money, security or the public goes to a person.
